Sugester supports e-Delivery — electronic official communication in Poland.
e-Delivery (e-Doręczenia) is a system for electronic delivery of official correspondence that will eventually replace traditional registered letters with acknowledgement of receipt in contacts with public administration. The obligation to have an e-Delivery mailbox applies to companies registered in KRS (National Court Register) and CEIDG (Central Register of Business Activity) in Poland.
The system is based on a qualified electronic registered delivery service (PURDE) and guarantees the same legal effects as traditional postal delivery. Each delivery is confirmed with the date and time of receipt.
1. e-Delivery address — the company registers its address in the address database (BAE) maintained by the Ministry of Digitisation. The address looks like ADE-XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
2. Inbox — official correspondence is delivered to the electronic mailbox. You are obliged to check it regularly.
3. Acknowledgement of receipt — the system automatically generates proof of delivery with the date and time — the equivalent of a return receipt.
4. Archiving — all delivered documents are stored electronically in accordance with legal requirements.
Companies and other entities registered in the National Court Register (KRS) are required to have an e-Delivery address.
Sole proprietorships registered in CEIDG are subject to the e-Delivery obligation.
Lawyers, legal advisors, notaries, tax advisors and other regulated professions are required to implement e-Delivery.
Sugester as a comprehensive customer service and communication management system can serve as a central point for handling business correspondence — including correspondence via e-Delivery.
When does e-Delivery become mandatory?
The implementation deadlines for e-Delivery for individual groups of entities are being gradually introduced by the Ministry of Digitisation. Check the current deadlines at gov.pl/e-doreczenia.
How to register an e-Delivery address?
An e-Delivery address can be registered through the gov.pl portal or through a qualified service provider, such as Poczta Polska (Polish Post) or private PURDE providers.
Is e-Delivery secure?
Yes — e-Delivery is based on a qualified service and meets the requirements of the eIDAS Regulation. It ensures integrity, confidentiality and legal effectiveness of deliveries.
